Strong women, strong rail industry

With a current campaign, the German Railway Industry Association (VDB) presents more than 100 women working in the industry. Female colleagues from SMART Railway Technology GmbH are also included. In short interviews, Sarah Thöne, Head of Sales and Projects, and Sabrina Fremder, Project Manager for international customer projects, describe their careers in the rail industry and what makes their working environment so appealing. The objective of the campaign is to make women already working in the industry more visible in order to build female role models, dispel clichés and share exciting careers and life paths.
